As others have said, there are a lot of rules to read to properly run Rachael and it took me 2-3 games to get to the point where I didn't have to constantly refer to the solo rules for all the details. My biggest problem is remembering to check for a 2nd action for Rachael, completing company goals (despite the tokens, I still sometimes miss Rachael's ship segments and/or # of launches goals, but more often miss my own because those change from game to game), and remembering to perform the AGMs when they're triggered.
